We accept returns only when:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within the 7-day period

• Reason for return
• Photo(s) of the item, if applicable

Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued in cash only
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
• The return and refund process may take a few days, depending on your location

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or worn items
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Final sale or customized items

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. You may return the item (if eligible) for a cash refund and place a new order separately.
