At Idan Wander, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only when:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within the 7-day period
How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item, if applicable
Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in cash only
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- The return and refund process may take a few days, depending on your location
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Final sale or customized items
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. You may return the item (if eligible) for a cash refund and place a new order separately.
